Met: Sept 2005 Married: Aug 2009 I-130 Sent: *Update* Items included in I-130 package: (opted not to send Wedding invites or cards, and only a couple of emails and bills, no chat logs at all will bring the whole load to the interview though ^.^ ) -Cover letter -Form I-130 -money order $355 -4 copies of form G-325A from me and 4 from my husband -1 passport style photo from me and one from my husband -Copy of Petitioner's Nat. Cert. and ALL pages of US Passport -Copy of marriage Cert (certified copy from JCE in DR) and corresponding english Translation -4 cell phone bills -6 emails -3 itineraries -2 affidavits from family members -12 pics (on 3 pages :D ) |

I've posted a review of our experience at the Riyadh embassy and the documents they were requesting there. Although you have gotten most done, maybe you might need an affadavit from you r employer in KSA, or it could be just a request for K-1 visas. Also, take all emails, chat logs and call logs with you. If you have to kill a couple of trees to print it all, do it. It helps with your case.

Dublin Embassy 11/23/09 - Medical Examination 12/7/09 - Interview (please, oh please, Father, have mercy on us!) |
