Inspired by this...
A new survey of Britons' favourite toilet activities reveal that we enjoy reading, chatting and texting on the loo. The study suggests more than 14 million people in the UK read newspapers, books and magazines on the toilet. Eight million people spend time talking - either on the phone or to family - and one in five send texts, reports the BBC. The survey of more than 2,000 people was commissioned by charity Tearfund for World Toilet Day, which aims to highlight poor sanitary conditions. The study also suggested people mostly thought about food while on the toilet, and that men were more likely to look around for a distraction than women. Mari Williams, Tearfund's water and sanitation policy adviser, said: "It's scandalous that in the 21st Century, more than 2.5 billion people living in the developing world do not have a clean, safe place to go to the toilet, and almost 900 million people do not have access to clean water - something we take for granted in the UK." http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_3091204.html?menu= -------------------- |

I will talk on the phone sometimes. But I have to make sure to turn the water faucet first, otherwise I'm paranoid they can hear me tinkle.

I've got to have something to read. If there's no magazines, I'll read the back of a shampoo bottle.

I've got to have something to read. If there's no magazines, I'll read the back of a shampoo bottle. Ditto. -------------------- QUOTE Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. Bastard coated bastards with bastard filling. er....the choice that confounds me is the sixth one, masterbaiting (mispelled on purpose;)). Doesn't the supposed use of the toilet preclude one from doing that ?
