We have scheduled an appointement for a visa interview in the Immigrant Visa Section on the date printed below. Yes, but very hard to get approved. Favorable for Hindu wedding ceremonies where both parties are Indian and have a big traditional wedding. Mixed couples very hard to get DCF.
